Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy:
1. Returns:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@firsticoffee.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you have received your RA number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to return and include the RA number on the package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item(s).
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting your RA number.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
- Perishable goods such as coffee beans
7. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement.
- If you still have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact your financial institution and then contact us for further assistance.
